DMs will remain open to close friends. It's nothing for anyone to be concerned about, this is just for my peace of mind so I can return feeling as fresh as I can. I just want to focus on other things right now.💙
I'm gonna try to take a little break from socials. I wasn't doing too great mentally before, and this issue with the remasters the other day tipped me over the edge I felt like letting loose a little, being someone who bottles emotions of all kinds on a daily basis.
It just depends whether you feel these are compromises you are willing to make in order to play a working version of these games going forward instead of what Arsepyre imposed on us recently.
It installs with at least a version where outfits are selectable, though you will need to unlock them again as saves will sadly be erased. And the inventory menus are no longer transparent and boss health bars are no longer optional on this version.
I'm not sure if this only works if you have the physical games, but guys, uninstall your copies of TR1-3 remastered and reinstall. And be sure to cancel the download when it tries to update.
At this point, the only TR news I want to hear next is them fixing the mess they created with this latest remastered patch

The laser traps in Area 51 now don't hurt Lara (except the moving ones) 😅
There are some *bugs* in this latest patch.
Many sounds seem to be broken. The title track plays way after you’re in a level, the health bar likes to stay, some objects stutter, and lots more.

I finished this for the first time about a week before Requiem came out. Really loved it, better than the remake in a lot of ways imo. And Requiem has really brought out the RE fanboy in me once again 😍
At least they added the double tap walk to go straight to the sunglasses.
And yeah, they could've added a fix so that when you pick up the second laser sight you actually have two
I was so glad when I discovered this feature. Honestly, anything to avoid navigating that god awful inventory screen. TR4 is my absolute favourite, but that inv screen is 🤮. I really wish they changed that in the remaster, at least have an up & down option to filter item types

I've never really delved into it. Had a quick look once out of curiosity in the earlier days, but not touched it since then. It's so easy to recognise something is AI, and there are so many talented artists out there I hate to see be robbed of a decent income.
