We have just been double checking 1986 for debut albums we like, (there are so many) and started to wonder when was The March Violets debut album released?
Only to be surprised to find the original band never released one, just two compilations of earlier singles.
So we can cross them off.

That theme could be continued (although not all music related) with Mike England being Welsh, then Florence Welsh being English.

Looking back, we can say that Suzanne Vega was probably the beginning of the type of music we prefer listening to over the last 10 years of so. Hope it makes the Top 30.
