Her whole point is that she's the worst behaved TGRR unit by FAR... but since she's also the one who yields the best results, AEON refuses to simply decommission her (too expensive to produce new units).

It's far cheaper to simply assign a veteran Star unit to check on Shion 24/7 and beat her up!

Tiger Shrike units might be very efficient in high risk close quarter operations, but their awful temperament is a fatal flaw. This is the main reason they don't get to have their own dorms and have to be split up among Stars instead.
And then Shion takes that awful behavior one step further. +

I should properly write Signalis!Shion's lore some day because right now she only exists in a vacuum, but her whole point basically being "the best-performing TGRR unit ever conceived by AEON but unfortunately she's a dipshit" is too funny to me
