Well, you're partly right, a lot of "asset flip" games are scams, but at least many of them pay for the assets.

I agree completely with @bruceboyden.bsky.social here. The response of law to technology shouldnโt necessarily be technological. The object of law/legal interpretation should be to find the through line that connects disparate technological developments to a single moral standard & duty of care.
