How common/rare are dimples? I don't know that I've ever registered them in the real world. I think my mom has both sides and my sister has one. I people watch all the time and love... visually admiring people in their uniqueness and I can't tell you whether anyone in my life has them or not.

DS9 got into systemic Federation critique, especially regarding the Maquis and some of the decisions coming out of the Dominion War.
