Seit 2018 gibt es mehr weibliche als männliche Autor*innen in den Journalen. In den Fachgesellschaften sind Frauen zu 50%+ vertreten. Trotzdem hinken die Zahlen für Zitationen, Drittmittel und Professuren hinterher.
