I was doing emdr, and tbh it did the opposite of what my therapist at the time said if would. It ended up being really bad for me and made my symptoms of my disorder 10 times worse.
I remember when I first started tattooing, I had to call the supply company, wait for them go confirm that I actually worked at a shop and was a licensed artist AND THEN they'd let me place an order. That's not a thing anymore, folks wonder why we have an uptick in scratchers
