Watching this dove today, so many families stood together sharing in their loss and their pain. Barely a word spoken between us but we just knew. We understood. A journey so many take together unknowingly. A grief in many different stages but a grief all the same.

I don't post here much anymore but for anyone I don't have elsewhere I just wanted to share this. Hopefully through talking openly about my grief and child loss I can help others relate or understand more ❤️

Actually the exact reason I never read the book. Thought it sounded shit.

Father's Day was a tough one.

I survived.

Now to work out how to survive today. And the next day. And the next day.

It never ends.

Absolutely shit. But I keep on. All I can do.

People asking how I'm doing but not really being interested in the answer is pretty annoying. Just say hi if you want to be polite. I don't want to smile and say I'm great. I'm not in the mood for lying. I'm far from great.

A show about time and space should never just be stuck in London with a bunch of white people.
