Britain is not broken. Yes, it can be governed better and Labour has failed since being elected. But it’s not broken. What harms Britain is self-serving, opportunistic politicians like Robert Jenrick whose rhetoric only aims to divide society. His defection only strengthens the need to defeat Reform

I feel it’s a term that needs to be brought back into common use. In fact, I’d go so far as to say it deserves an historical discussion group on the great man, the social reforms of the sixties, and the ideological views that you have outlined here.

An absolute insult. What would help mitigate the financial impact is a reversal of this decision!
It's notable how different this 'fragmentation' is from, e.g., that of first half of 2019, which saw big gains for independents too. Now it's much more repolarisation around two different parties rather than across the board fragmentation.
