I love curd tarts. Down here in Leicestershire I only found them for a brief few weeks when Morrisons took over Safeway! I was probably the only one to buy π
In the end I made my own curds, much easier than I thought and rather successful π I think this was first try, pastry a bit thick but grand βΊοΈ
