My therapist has been encouraging me to journal about my feelings about things going on in the world, and in myself.

Since my job is paying me for it, I fucking LOVE jury duty. I got chosen as an alternate which means my job still pays me to be here, I don't have to come in until 9 and I leave at 4 (normally off at 6). We get lots of breaks and lunches are almost 2 hours long.
