Revisions are stressful, but also a beautiful part of the process. I’m writing a new scene for one of my characters in my manuscript, In This Town & it is helping me see a clearer, more complete arc for this character. I’m really excited to get this draft done (still have a lot to do though 🙃)

I was back at it today (story blurred until it’s ready for you all to read 😉). I have several projects I hope to get wrapped up sooner rather than later: two novel manuscripts, a short story, and a backlog of Substack articles I’d wanted to publish.

I was going to write this morning, but my mind is not there. I’ve been dealing with sinus and headache issues and needed the feel-good, relaxing sensation of diving into somebody else’s world, so I read. I’ll write tonight instead, after I get the gears moving for my day job.
