Agree. This to me explains the drop in female PP attendance more than anything. They used to go to school because of social FOMO. It is now more important to have an online presence.
I’ve never been given an award but I know I’ve felt humbled when people have said I’ve made a difference.
I remember the first vinyl album. I don’t remember the first or last CD. This of course is a loud and proud declaration of old age.

I don’t have many followers on here so please share if you have more. Connect Ed is free CPD provided by our partnership (TCCT and Beckfoot Trust). Everyone deserves access to great CPD. This is our small contribution to the sector that we care so deeply about.
I love talking to taxi drivers. Uber drivers often have a right life story to tell.
I’ll resist saying, ‘surely that’s not history’ like my Dad used to say about JFK/Vietnam etc
Agree. I also think as adults we need training on intentionally listening. I don’t think any of us listen well enough. We are often too distracted.
