So January is done. Finally. Good riddance. 3 garbage winter storms that just pissed me off.

* South Georgia and Florida get snow again.

* An anxiety inducing ice storm that was nothing.

* And this garbage storm today.

Letter grade for January: F!! As in FUCK OFF!

Yeah. It’s great when you luck out with a nice band. Hate storms where there isn’t a broad swath of snow for everyone.

At least got something. My heart goes out to snow lovers is Raleigh, NC. they have the cruelest of dry slots going on right now. 😞

Well. That was about as lame as I expected.

The Great Flizzard of ‘26 gave me a dusting. And “dusting” is being generous.

So far, I grade this winter an “F”. Again, being generous.

It might squeeze out a few flakes NW of town where I live now. Maybe more in the city. But I don’t really care.

I’m sure it’ll surprise and put out for some. But I’m left out. Again and bitter AF about it.

12 years ago today. It start snowing in Atlanta. Folks stuck in traffic for hours on end. Was a crazy day!

For some, lives changed forever. Mine did. I asked my amazing gentleman and love of my life to be my boyfriend. Told him I loved him. And he said the same. In the snow. ❤️❄️

The good folks at the Atlanta office of the NWS are putting out the news. Basically prep for sizable winter storm this weekend.

Sadly, the risk for a big storm is very much in play. Possibly historic. Plan accordingly.

It’s very rare for James Spann to mention something this far out. But might need to start thinking what you would do in an ice storm situation. It’s been 26 years since last crippling one for all of Atlanta.
