I have very much tried Win11 and immediately defenestrated..
I'm liking EndeavourOS simply because it's an easy Arch option, but CachyOS is still a good option.
CachyOS is more games-orientated, so probably the better choice.

I'm actually getting better overall performance on EndeavourOS compared to Windows 10.
The only lingering issue is occasional instability, but then.. Windows has never been perfect in that respect either.
Linux is definitely very much "there" for gaming. ππ»

It is now required that you set your age as "66677" π
Perhaps you could help overall mental health by reversing on this stupid age verification bull.
I will call it "verification", not "attestation"... Because we KNOW where this nonsense is heading.

I bought a Eee 1015PEM last year, on the basis that it has a 64-bit CPU.. it's still rather limited with 2GB maximum RAM, but I only bought it as a toy. π
I think you mean "soul destroying". π

A few bike upgrades to start the day. βΊοΈπ
Don't threaten me with a good time!! π

The main point of concern for is that Sebastian Shilltips is a prime example of Dunning-Kruger.
He leans so much on the capabilities of others to get shit done that he's effectively incompetent.
Only for first-timers.. With some experience under your belt, you should be aiming for something better.
I totally understand..
I have done base Arch on my X13s and it really wasn't bad at all.
Just use EndeavourOS or CachyOS then.. π€¨
ThinkPads have always been pretty good for Linux... That's why I have 6 of them. π
My current daily is the X13s, which runs a modified Arch Linux ARM like an absolute champ. ππ»
Give us season 3!
If one chooses to be, btw.
It doesn't.. the kernel alone isn't an operating system.
It's down to individual distros... and those that are compliant/complicit will find themselves doomed to obscurity.
How to lose the next Presidential election.
