Same thing here but they can’t or won’t figure out what’s going on and so I’m stuck in an endless loop of let’s check on this in 6 months, while my blood tests come up with abnormal results every single time. As if the hemochromatosis wasn’t bad enough, the continuous lack of attention is worse.

Break the task down into small parts that feel more achievable, reward yourself for achievements even if they are small.

I suspect you are currently fighting your own executive dysfunction. And because you feel like you are behind on the task you are experiencing something called task paralysis.

You can currently control.
