Seniority at the workplace is complicated. But maybe the longer you work some place the MORE solidarity you should have with your coworkers. Easy to feel entitled; I have been there. But I try to remind myself of everyone else’s situations newer than or “under” me and prioritize it to some degree.
It’s amazing how long some local acts will play. Especially on bills with 4+ acts. 55 minute set from opener at 8pm is nuts.
On the other side last time the band Spy played at gloves (a big touring act with a crowd of 300+) they played 17 minutes. Some people were in bathroom line and missed it lol
Dang that rocks. The feeling when you can actually fix things on your vehicle and not pay 10x in labor is amazing.
