Walking my dog in the park, wondering whose giant footprints I'm seeing, only to step in one and realize they're mine from yesterday
trying so hard not to crash out
the same CEOs who put out a nothing statement instead of actually standing up to ICE in any meaningful way? they donβt get to take a victory lap herev
i think this more than anything is what miller wants. vast detention camps with all of the suffering and death that means.
The most unrelatable part of reality dating shows to me is how everyone can say "I love what I do for work" without a shred of sarcasm or irony
This is me
[playing any video game] if i miss a single piece of unique dialog i will kill myself
A weird #LastFourWatched ! #LetterboxdFriday
ice agents are tiny little babies who poop their diapers and cry and wave their guns when someone blows a whistle
and it works!
Digging into Groundhog Day lore and apparently Punxsutawney Phil is immortal?
- cancel all EOs
- fire political appointees
- strip clearances
- appoint special prosecutor for DHS
- hire a zillion IGs
- investigate and prosecute crimes
- investigate and refer policy violations for disciplinary action
- recode ICE and CBP jobs out of 1811 series
- revert name changes
Star Trek Enterprise scene. It's an image of the White House in Washington, DC. Four long and tall Nazi banners in bright red are draped across the front and a Nazi flag on a flagpole flies above the building. A tank is stationed on the front lawn. No caption. RIP Renee Good. RIP Alex Pretti. Fuck ICE.
Alex Pretti, the man killed by federal agents today in Minneapolis, appears to have been a registered nurse, an athlete, a son and a brother, with ties to Colorado and Wisconsin.
Here is a photo he used for several accounts.
If youβre not from here, I need to explain this execution was on Eat Street, a commercial corridor of restaurants and coffee shops that literally everyone goes to. Normies, queermos, weirdos, neighborhood folks. Whatever that place is in your city, imagine ICE executing someone in cold blood there.
literally none of this is hyperbole
People are nervous about watching video, but this one is not of the murder, it's of the lead up, and people need to see it before the spin takes over.
All of this is fucking senseless. Minnesota did not have an immigration problem. Trump sent his Nazi thugs here because he's racist against Somali people and to own libs like Tim Walz. Now two Minnesotans are dead and Minneapolis is on the verge of going up in flames. None. Of. This. Was. Necessary.
Is this you rising to the moment? Did you not say when announcing that you wouldn't run for reelection so you could focus on the work?
Talk is cheap. Do anything to back up your words.
ICE has now carried out two summary executions of innocent people in the streets of an American city.
If you work for ICE, there's no denying that's the mission you're supporting now. You don't get to claim in one year or ten or twenty that you didn't know what ICE was doing. You're complicit.
There is video circulating on social media of a group of ICE agents beating a man near 26th and Nicollet in south Minneapolis, then one of the ICE agents shoots the man while he's on the ground numerous times. A witness can be heard yelling that the victim is dead.
once again i am asking literally anyone in a position of power to do literally anything so that our neighbors stop getting fucking murdered in the street
photo of march, signs for renee good and against ICe, crowded street.

What a game
Should one person really have the FIFA Peace Prize AND someone else's Nobel Peace Prize?
A scene from The Simpsons depicting the Democratic National Convention with banners reading "We Hate Life and Ourselves" and "We Can't Govern," an image that has sadly remained timeless
crazy that the website that I randomly decided to put together at 10AM yesterday has had over 25k unique visitors in 24 hours.

A flyer from the West Bank business association. Text reads: WEST *BANK MPLS Community Notice - Cedar-Riverside | Saturday, January 17 Community leaders in Cedar-Riverside, including elected officials, rapid response teams, faith leaders, community organizations, and residents, are sharing the following information to ensure safety and clarity this weekend. We have been made aware that a small group of racist and anti-Muslim agitators may attempt to come into the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood on Saturday, January 17. Their intention appears to be to provoke disruption and create fear. Our community will not be drawn into that. To support safety and stability, trained community patrollers wearing yellow vests, faith leaders wearing orange vests, and local law enforcement, including the Sheriff's Office and the Minneapolis Police Department, will be present to monitor and respond to any potential concerns. Guidance for Cedar-Riverside Community Members β’ Do not be afraid β’ Go about your day as usual. β’ If you see protest activity or offensive behavior, do not engage, argue, confront, or respond β’ Avoid conversations with strangers, individuals recording video, or members of the media. β’ If you have concerns or feel unsafe, approach a community patroller or call 911. Guidance for Those Outside the Community No protest activity is needed, welcomed, or appropriate inside Cedar-Riverside. β’ If you wish to support the community, please coordinate with your local neighborhood rapid response network rather than coming into the area. Cedar-Riverside is strong, resilient, and united. We look out for one another, and we continue keeping our community safe together.
Please read and share with anyone who might be planning on counterprotesting in Cedar-Riverside this weekend
