Thank you for the clarification! Sometimes just being in a place (bathhouse, bar backroom, etc) implies consent as long as those new to the environment are made aware of this before they enter. Years ago those were the bathhouses, hanky code, foot tapping, etc. I'm glad similar things exist today!
