Now it makes sense why elder small talk is basically a rundown of medical ailments. Doctor visits alone start taking up a lot of time as you age, and that’s without counting the time spent caring after whatever issues are driving the visits.

This band is so freaking fun, I’m definitely a fan.
Many think refusing to engage in gossip or a smear campaign, as a retaliatory measure to the same behavior, is a sign of weakness.
It’s actually the opposite. It requires incredible strength to process one’s own hurt feelings while delivering love back to the sender.
And then carrying forward.
Why do people who have even a little bit of social power, send others out to report on an unknowing individual’s personal life and activities? When they can directly ask the individual themself?
Based on the current political climate, there aren’t any noble reasons that I can imagine right now.
