ANOTHER banger?? THIS was the Ruby character development missing from Season 1, Millie’s performance was stunning, and loved seeing a darker Fifteen in that last scene. Maybe a bit too “social media bad” at points but thought it pulled it off - and definitely the best paced ep so far

There was a clock turning to 00:00 in the official episode announcements. and then Russell said it was a sequel to an earlier standalone so I’d seen a lot of theories about it being Midnight sequel annoyingly!
My fave RTD2 ep so far! WISH they hadn’t teased that it was a Midnight sequel (imagine the gag of that reveal!!) and it didn’t fully live up to the original, but found it so tense and creepy, and Belinda is becoming an all-timer companion. It would have slayed even more as a two-parter imo!
Oh hello, THE VOURDALAK has landed on Channel 4's free streaming service. A ripping adaptation of the Tolstoy (also seen in Mario Bava's BLACK SABBATH, of course). Love the commitment to having the titular blood-sucking cadaver portrayed by a life-size walkin' talkin' marionette, good stuff...
