International Research Team Unlocks the Power of Passivation for Perovskite Silicon Tandem Solar Cells - Fraunhofer ISE An international research team of photovoltaics scientists demonstrated that passivation of the perovskite top cell is possible in combination with textured silicon bottom cells.

Together with @uni-freiburg.de and KAUST we showed that surface passivation of perovskite top cells is possible in solar cell tandems with today's industry standard for solar cells.
