I trawled eBay for months in 2021, and couldn’t find one for less than $750 (some were over $1000). One finally came up for $450 in Japan, and I went for it…fully expecting something to be wrong with it. Turned out to be really nice, aside from the case, but o don’t use that, anyway. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You’re talking about the one that was in ghostbusters…the one I have is the earlier one with the 47mm lens. It’s very compact for what it does. The negatives are ~6x10, so you only get 7 shots per roll.

Yep, took forever to find one for a price I was willing to pay.

One of my faves…quirky, for sure, but a compact powerhouse. 🙂

Yeah it’s true that pano finders have extra challenges, but if you could just crop that voigtlander vertically…🤔

Not technically a true pano, but the Leica finder for the original Brooks-Plaubel Veriwide 100 is also pretty dang accurate, and a joy to use.

I would mostly agree, but I have the Voigtlander angle finder for my SWC, and that one is remarkably accurate…even with the A16 back. So, I hold out hope that it could be done. 🤞

I’m for any kind of increased mechanical advantage on the rewind knob. 😅 I hold mine sort of like they do, but I don’t use the viewfinder (it’s inaccurate and I can’t see the level). I compose with the arrows on top. If they are getting rid of the arrows, I hope they improve the finder.

Good thing there’s nothing to be angry about these days…

I feel like I’m in my Mark Oliver Everett phase…
