A few weeks ago we had a stout on from newish brewery Coley's and it flew out... So we thought we'd give their bitter a try. Nutty, a touch of caramel and a bittersweet finish.

A fresh porter from Wye Valley Brewery with gentle blackcurrant for that throwback to the 90s when a touch of purple was added to everything in a pint glass! It's bloody lovely...

The Trappist Monks from Westmalle Abbey have been brewing this beer since 1865, so they've had plenty of time to get it right! Dark, rich and complex with hints of caramel and banana, and a dry and easy finish.

A very special cask stout from Ossett and Vault City... Salted caramel, intense espresso, cocoa, roasted malt, sweet, decadent, indulgent. A very impy stout feel, but at a manageable 5%...

Cask update part one! A classic bitter from Kirkstall Brewery - nothing fancy, simply a well made beer-coloured and beer-flavoured beer!

Cascade, Challenger and Mount Hood hops are the backbone of this thirstquencher from Fyne Ales - one of our favourite Scottish breweries... Citrussy, yet well balanced with a lingering bittersweet finish.
