Anyways this sucks being American who has to work to have healthcare. I’m now probably going to urgent care, I’m trying to balance PTO, and even starting to wonder if I’ll need to take ext time off.
I felt it and thought, okay maybe this is just how it goes? I’ve had a back issue for 10 years but it’s rare for it to get like this and I’d never felt THIS particular pain in this spot. (All lower back area). All I know is I can’t be on my feet for more than a few minutes.
Went to the docs to be safe and he put me on a medication/stretching routine. I’ve been doing that since. Last night something shifted and it got way worse really fast. I don’t know what happened. I didn’t move a certain way or lift anything. The area of the pain just shifted.
A few weeks ago I hurt my back pretty bad. At first it was just sore and tight. Then it got to the point where anything shifty resulted in immediate pain… it would shoot up to like a 6-7 out of 10. That felt pretty bad. Took a day off from work and was able to get it down and went back the next day.
I’m so tired of seeing people bash Bluesky for being an echo chamber when X is an actual intentionally constructed echo chamber that is demonstrably radicalizing people across the political spectrum who still use it
