Why is it impossible to find the numbers on Englands Public Spending Deficit?
Where is GERE?

Unionism.needs Scotland conned at every turn to maintain its false narrative on Scotland's economic situation.

Maintaining London Rule over Scotland is at our kidd future's expense.

Those urging sympathy for Rachel Reeves would do well to remember how the BBC treated Nicola Sturgeon when she shed tears at the Covid Inquiry By Liz S Rachel Reeves in tears in the debating chamber in the HOC. β€œpersonal matter” apparently. However why then was she in the chamber if the β€œpersonal matter” was so upsetting for her that she …

Unionists always post negative stories about Scotland and life here
My challenge to them is to post positive stories about the Union that make Scotland a better place
Negativity is just not good enough

Do unionists love Scotland ?
Enough to see it govern itself as a sovereign nation
Enough to make different political, social, economic and moral decisions best for its people
The union gives you none of those choices of a normal nation
England is not the problem it’s Westminster

Quote graphic with John Swinney’s picture - the graphic reads: β€œIt is becoming more and more apparent that Scottish industry and Scottish workers are being treated as an afterthought by the UK Government. That needs to stop now.

The UK Government needs to get serious about Scotland’s economic potential and treat Scottish industry on a par with the rest of the UK. At a time of growing global economic uncertainty, anything less is
unacceptable.

Put bluntly, UK industrial support cannot stop at the border.”

So after a few home truths to British πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§Labour I have had my twitter account suspended due to what they say is suspicious activity
That’s me unable to log in for 3 days
Anyone know if this will be automatically restored or do I have to accept they’ve had me silenced?

Labour is to blame for Scottish Council cuts to vital services. The Council Tax equivalent impact of Labour’s National Insurance hike is 13.2%. An equivalent council tax increase of 8.2% remains to be found from cuts to services, whilst the Scottish Government has been able to provide additional funding equivalent to 5% of Council Tax.

Data source is COSLA, the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities.

According to COSLA a huge part of this year's funding gap is because of Labour's National Insurance hike increasing their direct and commissioned services.

What the unionist media thinks will be of limited concern once Scotland has made its decision to leave the U.K. and the rU.K. also has an international banking reputation to uphold. We have currencies being set up in a matter of months eg Estonia. The transition period isn't fixed like for Brexit

It should be even cheaper in Scotland. Unfortunately, as pricing is decided by UK, Scotland’s energy bills are the highest in Europe ☹️😑

The day after former Scottish Labour minister Frank McAveety was arrested and charged with fraud BBC Scotland reported that Scottish Labour had been approached for comment. Over two weeks later and we're still waiting to hear what the party said. Why has this story been killed?

Can you tell us what has happened to the Β£5m of regeneration money promised to Dunfermline as part of its promotion to City status ?
Any news when it will be available to spend
I hear the Abbey need Β£8m for repairs and upgrades
Thank you

What wi the jack ?
Anyway this cementing of the unionist cause using Scottish product placement is not new
Just the Jimmy hat missing to give it proper authenticity

@MrJohnNicolson should be interviewed by @BBCRadioScot so he can come back on the blatant lies told by Labour over Grangemouth- that ended up with him losing his seat
If I was him I’d be spitting tacks over this
And he would have a right to feel cheated out of his seat

Depends if you live in Scotland?
If you do you this is entirely possible
The union is more important that party favouritism

Fair point
They are using the block button for replies they can’t deal with so the same could apply to trolls

Should democratically elected politicians who are paid by public taxpayers money be able to turn off replies when posting their political views ?

28.01.2025 09:09 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Labour have definitely been given orders to block accounts that can counter their arguments and turn off replies on their more outrageous posts
BBC & STV are now also turning off replies
I think political parties should be prevented from turning off replies
Blocking trolls is acceptable

I see daily a mounting build up of opposition to the situation at Grangemouth
Has Labour pushed their luck a little to far by promising to save the refinery and now reneging
Will this be the final nail in the coffin of unionism- a nail they themselves forged in lies & deceit ?

Grangemouth is being deliberately buried by major media as it’s a massive embarrassment to Labour and the union
They hope a blanket media blackout will kill the bad news
We are being denied this story by omission
BBC & STV are complicit

Jeez
WASPI women
It’s like I’m living in a parallel universe
A Labour Party that can hold opposing views at the same time and major media outlets let them get away with it
BBC & STV are complicit

I’m sick and tired of watching a Scot Gov using up its time money and resources mitigating against the worst measures of a malevolent unionist Westminster
It’s well past time we adopted independence so Scotland can forge its own path for its people and its cultural, social and political future
