Morning all, happy Monday! I hope this week at work I can handover one of my big projects and I’ll feel SO MUCH better when it’s got to that stage cos it’s been so much work over the past few months!

I made the carrot cake!! 🍰 I think I’ll double up on the carrot and seasonings and cook it slightly longer next time but very happy with it for a first attempt in well over a year or two ☺️
