Around 70 people of all ages joined in today's fun, family-friendly ride through Kingston, Sutton, Merton plus Epsom & Ewell.

Traffic levels are rising & most London motor vehicle journeys could be done relatively easily other ways (says TfL analysis). So to bus industry, lobbyists & peers in the Lords, we say: the common issue is motor traffic levels & failing to dealing with that impacts buses and walking and cycling.

That @psimonk.bsky.social recently analysed bus speed drops by borough versus Healthy Streets Scorecard tracking of LTN & cycle track rollout. There was no correlation between level of rollout of either & drops in bus speeds from before cycling infrastructure became a big thing in London to after...
