The end of the EPA public comment period for the Terminal 25 South Site closes on 3/12. The EPA is conducting an engineering evaluation and cost analysis for the T-25S site located north of the Spokane Street Bridge, partially within the East Waterway, about one mile south of downtown Seattle.

The T-25S site includes 5 acres of submerged area, a creosote-treated wood piling field, & 5 acres of upland area. Following the cleanup activities to remove contaminated sediments and soil, the Port plans to restore habitat by creating off‐channel marsh and shoreline habitat for fish and wildlife.
