How much more evidence do we need? The ultra-rich and the governments supporting them will destroy everything for the sake of profit, power and pride. Nothing is precious to them - not human life, not the living world - except their own wealth and status. Our survival depends on resisting them.

Oh, this one's a classic:

One shoe, two shoe,
Stop blowing up brown children with my fucking healthcare money, you murderous ghouls.

I do not like it in a dump.
I do not like it by a trump.
I do not like it over there.
I do not like it anywhere.

Mansfield Town Arsenal Poorly Drawn My general thoughts on the game can be summarized as β€œwe are in the quaterfinals now.” This probably won’t be a match that will etch itself into my memory beyond tomorrow. Something that will be etched into my memory beyond tomorrow is the movie _Hamnet._ I watched it last night and it destroyed me (in a good way). It’s worth watching for Jessie Buckley’s performance alone. Eze produces a β€œjesus christ just put the ball in the net” hit to send Arsenal to the quarterfinals **React to this drawing** **πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘****-****πŸ‘πŸ‘****-****πŸ‘** ## Sign up for Poorly Drawn Arsenal Join 10K+ subscribers that get an email after every match Subscribe Email sent! Recently finished _Breakfast of Champions_ by Kurt Vonnegut _Erasure_ by Percival Everett Here’s a running list of the books I’ve read so far with a one sentence review and a score out of five. Poorly Drawn Arsenal is free, but there are other ways to support what I do. ****Share the newsletter:**** tell your friends (or your enemies) about it. ****Buy some merch:**** I put a lot of my drawings onto shirts, mugs, posters, stickers, etc. This helps keeps the lights on at PDA Headquarters and you get something in return. Neat! ****Leave a Comment:****leaving a comment just lets me know that you like what I’m doing which is sometimes hard to know when you are sending out emails into the ether.

Need some book recommendations

A really good piece of journalism on someone who gives journalism a terrible name. I may get in trouble for saying this, but going to anyway - it’s a stain on @sport.theguardian.com reputation that we carried on using him for as long as we did. Thankfully, eventually, saw the light and ditched him.

So let me get this straight ...

1. US bombs Iran
2. Oil price goes up a bit, benefitting Russia's petrostate
3. Russia gives Iran targeting info
4. Oil price shoots WAY up
5. US unsanctions Russian oil

It’s time to reveal the billionaire donors flooding American elections with potent dark money. I’m introducing the DISCLOSE Act with Senator Whitehouse and Rep. Pappas to make our money-drenched elections more transparent for all citizens.

Just a thought, maybe SecDef shouldn’t jerk himself off on live television at the thought of casualties in war.

War isn’t something to be giddy about. Were the most powerful nation on the planet. We’re supposed to be the quiet professionals, not carnival barking morons.

Spain to Trump: "Spain opposes this catastrophe … governments are there to improve people's lives … not to worsen them .. it is absolutely unacceptable that leaders who are incapable of fulfilling this task use the smokescreen of war to mask their incompetence $ line the pockets of a select few."

The United States gave Netanyahu over $24 billion in taxpayer dollars to fund his horrific war in Gaza.

That wasn't enough. Netanyahu wanted war with Iran. Trump gave him one.

The American people β€” not Netanyahu’s right-wing government β€” should determine U.S. foreign policy.

Israel & Saudi Arabia pushed the U.S. to attack Iran.

Netanyahu killed 72,000 people in Gaza, mostly women & children.

Saudi Arabia is a brutal dictatorship that allows no opposition.

These are the leaders who want to bring β€œfreedom” to Iran?

Does anyone really believe that?
