Like Jeff said, it sounds like you're after Slack's threads, which are pretty convenient in all fairness.
If you paste a URL in your post it will generate an embed. You can then delete the URL and the embed will stay in place.
I believe Bluesky offers genuine interaction, that's the reason why people engage in conversation here.
