I have similar family stories… also in Nebraska. Their hardship is present in every single family photo.

Temps in February here were mostly in the mid 50s and 60s F, and we got less than .01 inches of snow in the whole month. In Colorado.
Today, we had about 10 inches of snow! Hooray! It looked like a snow globe for most of the day. ❄️ ❤️
