Thinking about this old concept about an abandoned sentient magic mirror

Undiagnosed ADHD is bad, but I think the most damaging part of it is spending an entire childhood feeling like a Bad Kid no matter how hard you try not to be.
You can't pay attention (you want to), you don't try hard enough (you want to), and you waste your time on useless stuff (you don't want to).

Ok time to see if there's anything to be done about this devastating amount of anxiety I've been trying to manage. Not expecting a miracle but I would at least like to stop feeling like I'm going to be hit by a bus any moment now🫠
