People complain that dynamite is pointless and not as good as stickies, and like yea of fucking course they aren’t. But doing a combo with cyclops and dynamite may be more fun than loose cannon.

Yea it’s part of the reason I hate battle royals. It feels if you fuck up once the entire match was pointless, I like knowing i can fuck up and not get booted back to main menu.

If they added that genuinely would never put the game down don’t like apex and really don’t like battle royals but add titans and that shit would be like crack for me.

I agree that there is a lot of depth and complexity to learn in this game even on the “boring” tracks. I think the problem most mario kart players are just casual fans of it, so they not exactly trying to look for these kinds of short cuts on their own, they just try to win using whatever’s easiest.

Pac man is still one of the most famous video game characters ever and thats cause of one game, yea motherfucker may be the best to do it.

On the one hand i like shaking things up and making people try to use a a different approach than they normally would, however with the bans they did it just turned it into a almost pure luckfest where you placement at the end comes from getting good shit at the end of the race.

Oh absolutely, i just think publishers also deserve some heat for rushing and crunching devs. I see nvidia as the knife stabbing the industry and the publishers as the germs that use that wound as a way to grow and expand

Oh yea peeps definitely shouldn’t be going after devs, and I agree if it helps decrease dev time then it absolutely should be used. I think the issue is devs aren’t allowed to do things like optimize the tech or tweak it so it looks better for their game.

Plus like you said you have nvidia pricing people out of the cards, which is frustrating cause to them the games don’t look much better than what they can run.

But even then those games lighting is completely different looking. Now with ray tracing the lighting often looks “good enough” just with it and so every triple AAA game tends to have a very homogenized look.
