Thank you! That book was a little niche so it didn't sell as well but it might be my personal favorite work (don't tell my other books I said that!) and certainly the story that feels the closest to my own life, outside of the vampire stuff, so I appreciate any and all shoutouts for it.

It's not explicitly branded as such but I think that @mikechenwriter.bsky.social's Vampire Weekend is a really good example of ace representation in fiction. Vampires in this world lose all interest in sex but still form other bonds and have other deep interests; the protagonist is music-obsessed.

Being Human-- The UK version was a hit over there, but the US version on SyFy was only a cult fave with a stellar cast (Sam Witwer, Meagan Rath, Sam Huntington) and insane cast chemistry. I like both versions but prefer the US and it was a huge inspiration when I wrote VAMPIRE WEEKEND.

I remember Nowhere Man! Never watched it because it came and went so fast but the commercials and premise sucked in my teenage self.
