Clear communication from managers is essential for supporting neurodivergent staff. Having strong library policies and encouraging staff to work on projects that they are passionate about are also beneficial #CDGND

NLISN is a peer support network for neurodivergent individuals working in the library and information science sector in the UK and Ireland. NLISN welcomes individuals who are both diagnosed, waiting for diagnosis, or are suspected or self-diagnosed neurodivergent.

What does NLISN do? Maintain resources online including a website. Provide a mailing list/membership platform. Run in person and online events. Evidence representation and impact. See more details in their annual report and plan.

If you're neurodivergent and working in the library or info sector in the UK and Ireland, @nlisn.bsky.social is a peer support network that welcomes all neurodiverse individuals. They have resources on their website, a mailing list, run events and evidence representation and impact #CDGND
