Agree. This is what happens when we keep ignoring the Liberal Arts in favor of only STEM....
DEI was the very flaw attempt to combat historical and systemic barriers place to keep us uneducated and underpaid.
DEI is their new way of saying THEY want us back in those places.
*why THEY love to complain about DEI in academia, yet Latine and Black academics make less than 15% (together) of all full-time faculty at degree-granting postsecondary institutions. And their response is always that we are less prepared. (3/4)
