I've had to get a bus into town and be late for work after all those cancellations. You did give me your email address at the time and all I got back was a clearly copy and pasted automated response, probably from a PA. I appreciate you're very busy, my email asked genuine (4)
The train every day to get to work were subject to the same delays and cancellations as Rail Card holders were overlooked with the flimsy excuse that we could 'get other transport' on our Trio's was a cop out. Just as well I paid more for my Trio for the amount of times (3)
Who use the Kirkby line every day, your office and @merseyrail.bsky.social only compensated Rail Card holders and not Trio holders who bought from those stations, too. Even though a Trio costs more to allow you to use bus services as well. But I, like many other Trio holders who use (2)
Dear @metromayorsteve.bsky.social , more Headbolt Lane/Kirkby line cancellations - the train service in this city is genuinely awful, especially since Headbolt and the new trains. They're nearly always delayed or get cancelled. And as for the Headbolt compensation scheme to those of us (1)
