Incidents of fly-tipping in the Epping Forest district totaled 3,542 in 2024-25, almost 1,000 more than neighbouring Harlow (2,546 incidents).
The figures are in a report to the Place Scrutiny Committee which will consider increasing Fixed Penalty Notices from £400 to £1,000
