I have not squatted 125kg or higher for more than a single, ever. Last time squatting > 125kg was 2018. Interesting day!

Being in PR territory on all your lifts at once is as mentally exhausting as it is exhilarating

I've been lifting since I was a teen and I've still not hit some of the numbers that I saw back at CF.
Warmer weather feels like its just around the corner (not today, its f'n cold 🥶) so yesterday I smoked a pork shoulder for pulled pork. Now I have the itch to do a brisket but its still way too cold early in the morning to attempt this yet
