I reverse engineered bluesky's "what's hot" algorithm

Score = 1000000 * (likeCount / ((hours_since_post + 2) ^ 1.8))

Here's what works:
- must get likes in first 2-3 hours
- min 2 likes
- top-level posts
- 24hr window
- heavy time decay (1.8 power)
