All these years on this is still a floor filler.

Agree Corrinne. I think the Sean Rowley compilations pushed this misconception.
Everyone has guilty pleasures but in this case itβs just a classy piece of pop music.
I know why spirituality I connect with this album. It was released in the month of my birth March 1961. Iβm 65 in a weeks time and My Favourite Things has never felt more relevant.
Get on this album if youβve not already ππ

Yes I am, Dingwalls & Shiftless more recently. Go to the spring and winter Dingwalls sessions now @ Neon192. Not really a festival person so not been to We Out Here but a couple of friends do. Latin/Bossa is my thing.
Lovely day at the National Portrait Gallery & National Gallery with MrsE.
Lunch and home for the Pottery Throw-down.

42 mins 38 seconds of your life well invested in a genuinely heartwarming body of music. π§π·
Jas, Momoko Gill & Aquakultre get well played here.
Top list again Ian. Funny you mentioning the Durand Jones album as Flower Moon was a real sunset track for MrsE & I in the garden last summer. Letβs hope for another bountiful year of great music.
Currently on the turntable. Mother of the future never fails to put a smile on my face reminding me of hot, sweaty sessions in Camden. #CarlosGarnett #JazzDance
Just looking through some old photos and this one from Jordan from 2023 is still one of my favourites.
Post an album that was important to you when you were 11.
Love the album π₯°
What a great venue for Witness for the prosecution #AgathaChristie
Repost with a photo of yours that would make a good album cover.
Great little vinyl find today. 1981 on Inner City Records. Ole being the standout track that Iβve heard played in the Electric Ballroom & Dingwalls on a number of occasions.
Currently playing this 1960s Boogaloo track, a great cover of Love for sale.
Interesting place Heather. Nice gardens too.
Not a Utd fan Ian but he obviously lost the dressing room completely. Look to have a bit of fight & belief back. Carrick doing a great job.

Would have started him anyway but dropped Cook on this occasion.
Good to see Edwards starting π΅βͺοΈπ΅βͺοΈ

One of Janeβs favourite tracks π
The politics of dealing with poverty is holding back a solution. Affordable quality housing seems to be one of the biggest issues in the area I live. A 1 bedroom flat being Β£1K per month rent plus bills. The gap between the average working family & the poorest in our society is unacceptably wide.
