The Richmond water boil advisory was lifted yesterday after ~5 days 🙏🏼 The impact on the healthcare system here was insane 😩 Especially on top of flu/Covid/Rsv season.

Anyone starting to use TNK for cardiac arrest due to suspected/confirmed PE? We kept alteplase on formulary specifically for PE but hot damn does it take forever to mix
