even with that in context, the scenes they did include her in, felt like they really intended for her to be a big part of the plot, only for her acting and screen presence to feel starkly out of place. I can't imagine that she was suppoosed to have any bigger role with those chops.
shira haas / ruth
her delivery in every single scene is awful
every second a certain actress is on screen in Brave New World is unnecessary and poisonous to the experience itself
watching it βlegallyβ now. sheβs terrible in the few scenes sheβs getting. Her delivery sucks. If you thought gal gadot couldnβt actβ¦
The problem with the sunsβ teambuilding attempts is that by getting raked over the coals in the KD trade, not only did the Suns have no assets to build, but 29 other front offices learned they can screw the suns over in asking price.
Certainly more fun than the current iteration of the suns.
If you're able to convince haliburton, sabonis, and cam johnson to take team-friendly deals, this could become a deep team. But unless cam johnson and devin booker were willing to take steps forward defensively, the ceiling would be second round exit. Still, would be a fun team to watch.
I think paying this team would be difficult assuming you have to max haliburton / booker / sabonis and pay mikal + cam about 50m a year combined. But this could have been the Suns in 2022 going forward.
How good would a starting five of:
Tyrese Haliburton
Devin Booker
Mikal Bridges
Cam Johnson
Domantas Sabonis
be in 2025?
This team would play fast and have decent spacing but would struggle a lot defensively.
Let's gooooooooo
Heroes played:
Doctor Strange
Mantis
Thor
Loki
#marvelrivals
and I can't put the knicks on there because:
1. mikal bridges
2. thibs is gonna break that team first
I'm fully divested emotionally from supporting the Suns. From now on, I'm only rooting for the big market teams to lose. In order, that's:
- Lakers
- Celtics
- Warriors
Praying for a Thunder - Cavs finals.
all started with the kd trade when ishbia let joe tsai rob him blind
"As for Dallas" yeah, nico's gonna take beal and give us kyrie LMAO
I don't usually ride with Scoop B, but the second sentence is pretty much exactly what I think is happening. People are taking the fact that the conversations are being had and running with it, almost intentionally to cause fractures within a desperate team.
Booker's not going anywhere.
And obviously, houston would say Amen's untouchable. Well, guess what, so was Mikal Bridges.
Houston and OKC are the only teams I think the Suns would really, truly, entertain this type of talk with. Especially Houston, but the Suns should absolutely start all conversations with Amen Thompson. If that package looks like Cam Whitmore + Jabari Smith JR + Steven Adams or some shit that's gross
and here, "a suns star being traded" is very much sarcasm.
You have all this posturing from people hearing that the conversations are happening, and therefore, they're all coming together to say the trade is for sure happening.
Crazy how it's a done deal when a suns star is being traded, but when Jimmy wants to go to PHX it's impossible.
I wonder how much belief in folks around the league is just people expecting the Suns to let KD go for pennies the way Nico did for Luka.
It's this idea that "Yup they'll blow it up they have to" because they're in a shituation and the Suns FO probably doesn't have a great reputation currently.
Lmao these fucking losers lost to portland back to back
the marvel rivals experience is so stupid. I will go 2-6 in qp (2 wins are bot lobbies), queue into plat 1 competitive and win MVP. What is up with my mmr that qp hates me so much?
βEven I feel bad for Mavs fansβ meanwhile me, remembering 2 straight years of stupid father memes
i'll be honest -- i have no fucking clue how some of yall have sympathy for mavs fans after the shit we went through after 2022 playoffs
it just feels like all of my fellow luka haters teamed up to Inception Nico Harrison with all of the things we've been saying about Luka
"Ball stopper" "Out of shape" "Can't guard" "Diva"
my only guess is the mavs, like the suns, know that we won't have an NBA in 2030
i just really don't understand why the mavs would assemble a solid athletic team assorted with shooting, athletes, and switchable / tenacious wings around their two elite shot creators, and then trade away their best young player for an aging (yet elite) two-way player
how tf do i improve my bluesky feed? Because in the last two weeks everything has been so SAUCELESS
