The world is on fire and all I'm doing is sitting here knitting a protest hat 5

In 2025 I tracked my knitting.
In 2026 Iβve got three things Iβd like to focus onβ finally knitting the projects Iβve got kitted up in my stash, using up partial skeins and other leftovers, and sock knitting.
New Years Day cast ons are a sock, a blanket, and a swatch. πππ€
For the first time, in 2025, I decided to track what I knit in a year, no particular focus or goals.

13 hats
10 toys
5 sweaters
5 cozies
4 tops
3 shawls
3 cowls
2 scarves
1 bedspread
29 pairs of socks
Total items knit: 75

This little dragon I made for my niece is definitely my cutest knit of 2025 π€
Whites and brights this week for #showmeyourknits.

While not strictly an βadvent,β this was a super fun summer mini skein countdown project I did last July. Itβs so cozy and colorful for gray winter days π§Ά
Itβs #showmeyourknits indie week. I get lots of compliments whenever I wear this vest π
