There is video circulating on social media of a group of ICE agents beating a man near 26th and Nicollet in south Minneapolis, then one of the ICE agents shoots the man while he's on the ground numerous times. A witness can be heard yelling that the victim is dead.

Last week, when we learned DoJ was investigating Renee Good’s partner, I said they’d probably investigate Good herself if she hadn’t died. Turns out…

This is at the very least a civil violation under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, unlawful entry, unlawful search, entry without a warrant (defective warrant), unlawful seizure, and excessive.

Minnesota is under attack

I’m watching friends succumb to doom watching what’s happening in Minnesota and I want to shake them and scream “Can’t you see the people organizing? Can’t you see them winning?”. Doom is a warm blanket of helplessness that keeps you from the fight.
