but it's only been...four weeks on effexor and it feels like it's actually working?

are you telling me I just also had to target the norepinephrine in my brain all this time? LIKE THAT WAS IT?! I JUST HAD TO HIT THAT ONE TOO?!

we think that's coming off the lexapro and onto the effexor and hopefully it goes away. if not i have a gabapentin script I need to start soon.

other than that...time actually moves at a normal pace. i don't feel as sad. still sad, not as deeply sad.
my ptsd is...that's another story for a day

i'm not hungry, until i eat. then i just want to eat.
seriously i put away four hot pockets in two hours.

my libido is either all or nothing.

my sleep is...okay that doesn't count that's always been screwy with working 2nds.

my anxiety is kinda like off the chart nuts BUT

I'm finally off lexapro because i switched to effexor. had my first increase of that last night.
I feel like dog poop this morning but I can see a slight difference

the side effects are heck

Having to replace my computer and then Mike’s going down a week later after all of our relocating settled was a fun time. Both emotionally and for our wallets.

This off season was not a kind one

worst comes to worst…off season chaos I promise.

So last summer I stayed in a Doubletree with the dogs for a weekend because we were kicked out of the LaQuinta for "deep cleaning" and that turned into a week because the manager felt bad I was homeless.

I just learned that Wyndham bought it, I guess?

Grandpa always made sure I had some form of working computer.

It was time.

I bought myself a laptop today.

Every time a laptop broke, my grandpa always bought me a new one (they were usually ones on eBay that needed some TLC anyways, fixing them together was our thing. Occasionally he sprung for a brand new one for big events, new tech was always big events

I’m not looking forward to work tomorrow.

Not because it’s Super Bowl Sunday, because I hate who I work with except for two people.

I’m tired of picking up other’s slack.

The worst part about grocery shopping is I have food and I want to eat it all.

Unrelated, I have drank entirely too much orange juice and my tummy is not happy.

Goes along with my brain not being happy about going to work in the morning.

Now, Rocky is….the equivalent to a canine Hoover with a bomb shelter for a stomach. Dog can and will eat anything he thinks is remotely edible.

All is fine. Hotel living required adaption. This includes my recipes.

Tonight, I fancied up some ramen. By that I mean I put it in a cup.

So Grizzly, even in his vintage pup age, is still food driven and curious.

He has been my taste tester for years. He has tasted many a pasta creation
(Because I’m broke and pasta is cheap.)

He recently has turned off noodle taste tests. So I use Rocky.

We had a few close calls but so far so good.

I still feel like crap on a cracker, but I've added more bland food to my arsenal to try, and I'll...sadly probably call out tomorrow to get one more day of recuperation...but we're getting there little by little

I thought everything would be fine once I went a few hours without puking and got food in me.

dear reader, it is absolutely not fine.

My body aches, my head hurts, I still feel nauseated. Sitting up is only helpful to roll over.
But, haven't tossed my cookies and I'm keeping down sips

I managed to eat a few crackers and I have been laying in fear ever since

I know I have to try, it's just so damn scary

Okay, so the sickness is...I can't tell at this point.
What I do know is I desperately need to get some Gatorade or Powerade and some saltines and hope I keep it down.

Forgot I had to sip the water, took a gulp, round 3 started.

Back to sipping, so far so good.
Man this sucks.

I am pretty sure I have some kind of foodborne illness, or the stomach flu.

Either way; I don't get paid until late tonight/early tomorrow.
I'm hoping to raise some money for some Gatorade and saltines to be delivered.

Well, after that bout of stuff coming out both ends and the only thing I had to say yesterday being a local restaurant....safe to say I won't be eating there for a while.
