I simply wrapped a thin layer of adhesive tape around the connecting pins. I'm still looking for a better solution, such as heat-shrink tubing. But I haven't found the right thickness yet.

After initially losing interest, I decided to give it another go with a very simple experiment. As you can see, it was surprisingly successful. The CB has much less movement. I will continue to test this further.

The first working hypothesis as to why this further failure may have occurred is:
-There is a very small gap between the S-hook and the inside of the tube.
-Even when the CB is closed, the S-hook can move slightly relative to the tube when in motion.

Unfortunately, the last point proved to be a clear misjudgement, which only became apparent during the course of the day and the next morning. The area was clearly chafed and extremely sensitive 👀. It has now taken a whole 6 days for everything to be OK again 🥺.

First report:

OK, but many things are borderline.
-Foreskin was slightly swollen, but not badly bulging
- PA hole slightly irritated, but maybe ok
- Hygiene was okay, but needs to improve for longer wear.
- A noticeable mark on the underside where the PA fastener runs, but not yet chafed through.
