I had a beautiful piece of feedback this week that was v moving. It was how in the team they’ve noticed that feedback used to be received as criticism but since our work is now being received as reflection & supportive. & that there was a difference in energy & the feeling in the space.

Good question... a participant in my research said: "Social workers don't have a professional identity because they're always drawing on something else … their professional identity needs to become professional love in a family setting."
