I have an 'outtakes' file where I copy and paste the rejected text. I whisper 'extra treats for future fans' like I'm ever going to finish this series.

Thanks! The hard part was deciding if I wanted to catch that expression or all the cool details in the room. The desk is gorgeous, and there's so many cool items on the shelves. I only had to stock the one on the far left (that was fun, too!)
A screenshot of a carefully crafted scene from Second Life, an online virtual world. A male elf is falling asleep at his desk inside a wizard's lab, head leaning on his hand. He is surrounded by books on shelves, papers, pens, and strange mystical things. An oil lamp provides some light.
We're not all furries in #SecondLife (NTTAWWT). Some of us are overworked elves?
Hair by Magika, outfit by Somnium, bookcases by Moonsha, 8F8, and Dreadfully Dark, Desk by ChiMia. I made the pose using the new Firestorm Poser feature.
I revamped my blog and am now writing tips and tricks guides for #Secondlife. I don't know everything, and am always eager to learn more, so feel free to leave kindly written comments if you feel I've left something out. Lots more to come! oneluckyelf.blogspot.com
This is my only #muppet themed ornament. I've had it for decades, but it's too big for my tree. I tried shopping for more this year and was extremely disappointed in the offerings through the decades. I guess I really lucked out!
"Norman Rockwell was antifa," his granddaughter says. (Fact check: literally true.)

My mother told me Santa met secretly with parents to divvy up some of the responsibilities of delivering gifts, and it was an honor to be one of Santa's helpers.
That ad lives rent free in my head and gleefully plays whenever Hamilton comes up.
This time of year is stressful enough, why are they adding to it over a song?
Every year, I make paper ornaments and mail them out like cards. This year's model includes fuzzy paper!

I always enjoyed "Let me infodump on you about my car"
I'm still waiting for my ballot receipt email - put it in a dropbox yesterday afternoon.

a postcard sized piece of art sits on a tiny easel on a very large bookshelf with a bizarre assortment of books. The art is fantasy themed, a whimsical, art nouveau-esque image of an elven woman wearing a long, purple gown, framed by tree branches. It is very soothing to look at.
Loving the new art from one of my patreon memberships that arrived in the mail! @dreadpiratebri.bsky.social
so we're supposed to make sure it's definitely radioactive first?

Happy Left Hander's Day!
I miss season 2 of the internet when Google actually worked and I didn't have to run baby animal pics through an Al checker and my washing machine wasn't texting me 2-factor auth codes
does the cheese have to stay in the kitchen? They make these tiny little portable fridges now . . .
my mother would attempt to clean something anyway, so I figure her judgement should be justified. Eventually I learned she can't sit still and just visit, so I try to have some little project or craft to distract her with.
I tell myself 'they'll feel better about their own house after seeing mine,' and 'maybe this will stop them from coming over in the future,'
I wish I had that this weekend before I got my sunburn!
a one inch scale, 6 inch tall golden staff with swirling vines wrapped around it. A glass and copper lantern hangs from a branch extending from the top. It has a very elven feel to it. There is an actual bulb inside the lantern that lights up by means of a wire running through the staff to the bottom, where it connects to a coin cell battery. There is a also a penny for scale. It is laying on graph paper of one inch squares, divided into quarters.
Any dollhouse miniaturists on Bsky? Anyone?
I'm going through my UFPs and finishing what I can with what I have left of my stash. Very pleased with how this lantern turned out.

A view of the interior of a turquoise mug sits on a counter, next to a baking rack with freshly made crackers demanding to be eaten. The tea inside the mug is a deep shade of purple, and bubbles are still swirling about from its recent stirring.
